NSW Pink Slip ("we", "us") operates nswpinkslip.com.au and provides mobile NSW eSafety Check (pink slip) and pre-purchase vehicle inspection services across Greater Sydney. We take your privacy seriously and handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

- Vehicle details: make, model, year, registration and notes you supply.
- For pre-purchase inspections: the seller's name, phone and listing URL if provided.

- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and standard server logs when you visit the site.
2. Why we collect it
- To schedule, deliver and confirm your inspection.
- To lodge pass results electronically with Transport for NSW where required.

- Stripe — to process your payment securely.
- Email delivery providers — to send booking confirmations and reports.
- Our authorised inspectors — so they can attend your booking.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it for marketing by third parties.
4. How long we keep it
Booking and inspection records are kept for a minimum of five years to meet NSW inspection record-keeping requirements. Payment records are kept for seven years for tax purposes. You can ask us to delete anything else at any time.
