Fleet operators lose real money to inspection overhead — one driver taking 90 minutes off-road every year, multiplied by the fleet size, is a genuine number. A batch on-site inspection collapses that into one scheduled morning.
How we run a fleet batch
You send us the vehicle list and rego dates. We schedule the batch to cover everyone in one visit — usually before all their renewal windows expire. On the day we bring one or two inspectors to your site, work through the vehicles in a rolling order, and lodge each result to Service NSW as we go.
Pricing
Fleet pricing is negotiated based on volume and depot count. Small fleets (10–25 vehicles) typically save 15–20% on the retail rate; larger fleets more. Invoicing is monthly on account, PO friendly.
What we need from you
A dedicated space at the depot for the day (three bays or three driveway positions is ideal), someone to shuttle keys and vehicles into position, and the fleet manifest with rego dates. That's it.
