Where we inspect in Macquarie Park

Common fails on Northern Sydney cars

Cars driven mostly around Macquarie Park tend to fail on the same short list of items every year: worn front tyres (inside edge from lots of low-speed turning), a brake light out, a windscreen chip in the driver's field of view, and — surprisingly often — a numberplate light globe. We also don't do heavy vehicle inspections above 4.5 tonnes, or CTP (green slip) — CTP is an insurance product you buy separately through any NSW insurer.
